1. Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

6. Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us:

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select orders and locations
• A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
