Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
